    How does a Serviced Office benefit my company?

    A Serviced Office rate includes all your utility bills ( electricity, gas, water ), council rates, desks, chairs, receptionist, phone number, business address, and more. It allows you to budget effectively with a set figure each month.  You also benefit from having conference, boardroom and meeting facilities on hand, only incurring a cost as and when you wish to avail of these services.

    Where are Digital Office Centres located?

    We currently offer 4 locations.

    Digital Office Centre Dublin City Centre is located on Camden Row, 5 minutes on foot from St Stephen’s Green in the heart of the city.

    Digital Office Centre Maynooth is located on Maynooth Business Campus just off exit 7 on the M7 – a mere 25 minutes from both Dublin City and Dublin Airport.

    Digital Office Center Dublin Airport Swords is located in Swords adjacent to Dublin Airport. It is 7 minutes drive to the airport terminal and 3 minutes drive to the centre of Swords – Dublin’s largest subub.

    Digital Office Centre Carrick is located on Carrick Business Campus in Carrick on Shannon.

    How many people can Digital Office Centres accommodate?

    Digital Office Centre Dublin City Centre space for 1 person up to 40 people

    Digital Office Centre Maynooth can accommodate 1 person up to 250 people with parking available for all.

    Digital Office Centre Dublin Airport Swords can provide offices for 1 person up to 250 people.

    How do I access my Serviced Office?

    Digital Office Centres can be accessed 24/7 as clients have access to the building with keys and unique alarm codes issued to each client.

    During office hours ie 9 am – 5 pm reception is open to greet visitors, accept deliveries and answer calls. Visitors / deliveries for companies outside office hours can be arranged upon request.

    What are the terms of a Serviced Office agreement?

    A Serviced Office agreement typically runs for a minimum 6 months and anywhere up to 24 months. Each agreement has a notice clause of 3 months which can be given at any time should you wish to vacate your office.

    What if my requirements change?

    We can accommodate your company growing or contracting by relocating within the centre, allowing your address and phone number to stay the same at all times.

    How will my business be visible in Digital Office Centres?

    Clients company names are included in reception signage and on external signage for after hours visitors.
